I’m a huge fan of cars. My obsession started when I was a kid and my dad used to let me work on his Thunderbird with him. He kept his car in mint condition and it was in our family until we fell on hard times. After we sold the Thunderbird, he got an old beater, and we still went to the garage every Saturday and played with that old thing.
Now car accessories are still a part of my life. I always want to find the best and latest in car innovations and I usually want it for my own stock. Right now I’m working on a Thunderbird that I pulled out of a junk yard. It isn’t cherry yet, but I don’t know if that is really the point.
It may seem like just a cosmetic improvement to outfit your car with car accessories, but the reality is this: we spend hours upon hours in our cars; why not make your car as comfortable as possible?
Items such as premium floor mats or aluminum spoilers may not seem like much, but it’s really a big difference from driving a car that reflects your personality or driving a glorified rental car.
The addition of spoilers is one of the best compliments to your automobile that you can give. As far as car accessories go, make your car seem sleek and sexier. It gives the illusion of your car going faster than it might down the road and – most of all – they’re just cool looking. Putting a spoiler on your car can enhance its body type and give it a unique design which will set it apart from the other pedestrian models.
An aluminum floor mat is a great way to keep your car relatively clean. Unlike their traditional, carpeted counterparts, aluminum floor mats can easily be washed down. You don’t have to break out that lunky vacuum anymore! Additionally, aluminum floor mats give the appearance of much more sleek, futuristic design to the interior of your car. By keeping with a metal-over-fiber motif, you’ll come off as if you were in the Jetsons instead of the Flintstones.
An Asian expat in his late 20s, agreed to talk to Arab News recently about his former involvement in an organized gang of thieves. Their specialty: stealing car accessories, such as tires, rims and stereo systems.
